Corporate Social Responsibilities

As per provision of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, we are required to spend at least 2% of our average profits of the preceding three fiscal years towards Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”). Accordingly, our Board of Directors has constituted a CSR Committee for carrying out the CSR activities.

Our CSR activities include: (i) promoting education, (ii) promoting health care including preventive health care, and (iii) environment sustainability.

The table below sets forth our expenditures on CSR expenses for the periods indicated.
